    Hip #285 in the Los Alamitos Equine Sale Catalog is this February colt by Separatist out of All American Futurity winner Elans Special. Appearing in the catalog under the name of Jay Tee El, this gray colt is a half brother to 1998 California Sires Cup Futurity winner Gotothemountain.

    Elans Special is also the dam of Coded, runner-up in a PCQHRA Breeders Derby, and Brubeck, runner-up in the Jens L. List Memorial Stakes. Elans Special is the granddam of three-time champion aged gelding and soon to be millionaire Catchmeinyourdreams and the stakes winner Dreams For Lyndsie. As for Jay Tee El, he is named in honor of the great horseman Johnny T.L. Jones. Jay Tee El's granddam is the Dash For Cash mare Dash Again, who won the 1981 Kindergarten Futurity.
