OAKS AND EL PRIMERO FINALS IN EPISODE 33 OF LOS ALAMITOS PREVIEW SHOW

      The richest running of the Los Alamitos Oaks and a star-studded cast in the El Primero Del Año Derby final are the marquee races headlining the weekend action at Los Alamitos. Both fields will feature 10 outstanding sophomores with the fillies taking center stage in the $438,500 Oaks and colts and geldings squaring off in the $215,000 El Primero. First post on Saturday is 6:05 p.m. with the racing action starting at 6 p.m. on Sunday night.  

          Episode 33 will preview both of these major stakes events as All American Futurity finalist Jess Dream Of Me and Governor’s Cup Futurity winner She Goes Up will head the Oaks field while AQHA champion Golden Boi and Grade 1 winner Whizkey Glasses the big names in the El Primero.

     This week’s show is hosted by Orlando “Professor G” Gutierrez in place of the vacationing “Los Ponies” Jose Contreras, however, “Los Ponies” does make a special appearance to reveal is top choice in the Oaks.
