LOS ALAMITOS EQUINE SALE TO BE HELD ON OCTOBER 5 AND 6;

CATALOG NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE

           With the 20th annual Los Alamitos Equine Sale ready for another great event and two full nights of trials to major futurities, the weekend of October 5 and 6 promises to be one that you just can’t miss at Los Alamitos Race Course.

The Los Alamitos Equine Sale, which always features some of the best prospects in the sport, will be held during the daytime on both Saturday and Sunday starting at 12 p.m. As the day turns into evening, the racing action will heat up with exciting trials to the Grade 1 Golden State Million Futurity on Saturday, October 5 followed by trials to the Wild West Futurity on Sunday, October 6. It will be two fun-filled and action-packed days in store, as the top horsemen and horsewomen from all over the world will gather at Los Alamitos Race Course for a full weekend of Quarter Horse racing related activities.  

The Los Alamitos Equine Sale will see close to 200 hips go through the sale ring featuring yearlings and broodmares from the top bloodlines in the sport. The catalog includes yearlings by the great California stallion Favorite Cartel and out of the sensational mares Remember Me Rose (Cyber Attack, Bomb Cyclone, Cyber Monday, Powerful Favorite, etc), Nymph (Sicario V, Monopolist, Frivolous etc.) and Moonlight Corona (Circle City, Nomadic, Norco).
