Outside Horse: Royal Cash Cartel sophomore will make his first start since his daylight victory vs. maiden claimers on March 2. He’ll enter this race after posting this 220-yard work in :12.5 on October 18. Chepe Cartel kept the assistant starter occupied helping him look forward. He then broke one path to the inside, leveled out quickly and then traveled under an easy-going hand ride. He looked solid throughout, was never pushed and finished with an easy gallop out.
